What is your long-term pricing model? Will you increase the number of clients or scale pricing after the self-learning phase?

There is not a plan to increase the prices at short term, we are not trying to get as much clients as possible, instead we have good prices for the business and give the service they need.

What is your marketing strategy? How do you plan to attract local businesses and nonprofits in Terrace or beyond?

My marketing strategy is mostly based in reference, I have clients already that have a long network, so the referal has been the most important metod.

What does your competition look like in Terrace and nearby areas? Are there other low-cost web development services already established?

At this moment there are only one competitor in town, but the target is different from them and us, and the experience also is completely different.

Do you have case studies or examples from the websites you’ve built in the past?

Yes I have websites of local business builded already that I can provide to a potencial investor.

What percentage of your projected revenue is expected from hosting vs. initial web builds?

The porcentage in the first year is really low, (about 13 percent) after the first year and hiring someone to help it would increase to about 50% but will continue decreasing during the following years.

Can I see a portfolio of past websites you've built?

Yes portafolios will be provider under request.

How long will it take to build my website?

The final time could change between case and case, but in general it takes about one month to have a first vertion online.

How much will recurring services like content management and SEO cost?

We don’t plan to have a recurrent service, mostly any change needed will need a request and a specific payment for that change, the only recurrent service is to see that everything works well at long term

How do you intend to draw in your first customers?

I have customers already, so that phase of the business has been pased already.

Do you have any early contracts or clients that you can confirm?

Yes, I have contracts with current services, large clients with high potential to refer us to other large clients.

How would you split the expected one-time versus recurring income?

Because the way the business works, the hosting cost eventually will cover all the business operation expenses.

How can I contribute to the process?

As a client your information, and feedback are the most valued inputs in the process your collaboration is completely need for this process to be sucessfull

Do marketing services come with a package or are they optional?

No, this cost and process is only contemplating the website development, any aditional service has to be under an extra agreement.

How responsive is the developer to feedback and changes during the process?

During the first vertion the flexibility depends on some factor as the brand identity and the message we want to transmit, we will be as flexible as we can continue giving a quality product, we will always search the better approach for the requirment of the client.

What platforms or technologies do you use to build the sites?

The technology to use depends directly on the need of the client, it could be a wordress website, or one make with css html, or react, all will depend on the complexity of the need.
